Edmond neighborhoods

How it all connects
- Interstate 35
- Runs north and south through Edmond. North is Guthrie. South is Oklahoma City.
- Turner Turnpike (I-44)
- Leaves I-35 just south of Edmond and runs east to the Tulsa area, about 86 miles. It is a toll road.
- I-235 and the Broadway Extension
- I-235 runs through downtown Oklahoma City and ends at I-44. From there the freeway keeps going north as the Broadway Extension, which carries US-77 up to Edmond. Near Edmond, US-77 turns east to meet I-35 and runs with it to Guthrie.
- Arcadia Lake
- A lake just east of I-35, built by the City of Edmond and the Army Corps of Engineers.
- Will Rogers World Airport
- In southwest Oklahoma City, about 20 miles south of downtown Edmond, roughly a 30-minute drive.

Source: City of Edmond GIS (2025) for neighborhoods, lots, parks and golf courses; the U.S. Census Bureau for school districts; the U.S. Geological Survey for lakes and ponds; and the U.S. Forest Service tree canopy map. Lot counts match plat names to neighborhoods and are approximate; lot size is the neighborhood's acres divided by its lots, so it includes streets and common areas. Tree cover is a comparison between Edmond neighborhoods. Business parks, offices, mobile home parks, parks and similar places are left off. Outlines are the city's and approximate; a neighborhood name may be shared by more than one area. The school district shown is the one at the neighborhood's center, and a few neighborhoods cross a district line. The school a home is assigned to is set by the district. We do not rate, rank or recommend neighborhoods or schools.
