Kelli came into real estate by understanding homes from the inside out. With a Bachelor of Interior Design from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, she learned how layout, flow, and function shape daily life. She started with an OKC-metro home builder, then earned her real estate license and went on to work with new construction builders throughout her career, so she knows the mechanics behind the walls and the details most buyers never think to ask about.
Kelli has worked in director and executive-level roles alongside C-level executives, where attention to detail was non-negotiable. She has raised a son, cared for aging parents, and moved fourteen times as an adult, so she knows what a move asks of you beyond the real estate.
Today she works alongside her husband Mark, a licensed REALTOR® with 19 years of new construction experience and a background in mortgage lending. They start with the person, not the property, and when you work with one of them, you get the expertise of both.

Kelli Osterman brings more than 20 years of real estate experience and a distinctive professional background in economic development, executive leadership, interior design, and new construction. Her diverse expertise provides clients with a broader perspective on the people, properties, and opportunities that shape Oklahoma’s real estate market.
As a former Foreign Direct Investment Specialist with the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, Kelli gained valuable experience in business recruitment, economic development, and working with executives, key personnel, and families relocating to Oklahoma. Her experience as Director of Sales for an Oklahoma-based oil and gas services company further strengthened her business acumen, leadership skills, and strategic approach to real estate.
A graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, with a degree in Interior Design, Kelli also brings extensive hands-on experience working with Oklahoma homebuilders. From representing buyers purchasing new construction to being closely involved in the design and building process, she offers clients a unique combination of market knowledge, construction insight, and an appreciation for quality and design.

Beyond real estate, Kelli has called Edmond home since graduating college more than 20 years ago. She and her husband of 25 years, Mark Osterman, are also partners in their real estate business. Together, they’ve raised their son, Cade, in Edmond, where he attended Edmond Memorial High School. Rounding out the Osterman family is Ace, their beloved Labrador retriever.
