Mark got hooked on new construction before he ever sold a house. As a loan officer at a bank, he worked with construction lenders and watched homes go from a bare lot to foundation, framing, roof, cabinets, and paint. Seeing people's faces on move-in day is what did it.
In 2007 he moved to the builder side, and he's spent much of the time since working for home builders across the OKC metro, learning what goes into a home long before a buyer walks through the door. He's been a licensed REALTOR® since 2016 and has 19 years of new construction experience. His lending background means he knows how a deal gets financed. His degrees in marketing and management show up in how he prices, positions, and negotiates.
Mark moved from Kansas City to the Oklahoma City area 30 years ago and has been married to Kelli for 25 years. In his spare time, you'll find him in a kayak, fishing the small private lake they live on in Oklahoma City.

His experience provides clients with a knowledgeable perspective when evaluating properties, navigating new construction, and making important decisions throughout the homebuying process.

Together, they’ve built a life in Edmond, Oklahoma, where they’ve raised their son, Cade, who attended Edmond Memorial High School. Their family also includes Ace, their beloved Labrador retriever.
